CASL Compliance

istruduode is committed to compliance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), SC 2010, c. 23, which regulates the sending of commercial electronic messages ("CEMs") to Canadian recipients.

1. Consent

We send CEMs only to recipients who have provided:

• Express consent, obtained through an unchecked opt-in on our Site or through a documented business exchange, or
• Implied consent, arising from an existing business or non-business relationship as defined by CASL, and only for the duration permitted (typically 2 years).

2. Identification

Every CEM we send includes:

• The sender name: istruduode Ltd.
• Our mailing address: 1 Adelaide Street East, Suite 3000, Toronto, ON M5C 2V9, Canada
• A working reply email address: [email protected]
• A clear, prominent unsubscribe mechanism.

3. Unsubscribe

You may unsubscribe at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send, or
• Emailing [email protected] with the subject "Unsubscribe".

We honour every unsubscribe request within 10 business days, at no cost to you, and without requiring any information other than your email address.

4. Record Keeping

We keep records of consent (source, date, method and content) for at least 3 years to demonstrate compliance if audited by the CRTC.

5. Complaints

If you believe you have received a CEM from us in violation of CASL, please email [email protected] or file a complaint with the Spam Reporting Centre.
