Delivery Information

istruduode does not ship products. Delivery is arranged by the retailer at which you complete your purchase (typically Canadian Tire). The information below is provided for convenience only.

1. Delivery Options at Canadian Tire

• Ship to Home — Canada Post, Purolator or courier of the retailer's choice.
• Ship to Store — Free pickup at your nearest Canadian Tire store, usually within 5–7 business days.
• Same-Day / Next-Day Pickup — In-store, subject to local stock.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Ontario / Quebec / Atlantic: 2–5 business days.
• Prairies (MB, SK, AB): 3–6 business days.
• British Columbia: 4–7 business days.
• Yukon, NWT, Nunavut: 7–14 business days.

Times are estimates provided by the retailer and may vary due to weather, carrier delays or high-volume periods.

3. Delivery Fees

Standard delivery fees, thresholds for free shipping, and expedited options are set by the retailer at checkout. Free shipping is often available above a minimum order value.

4. Delivery Areas

Canadian Tire delivers to all Canadian provinces and territories. istruduode does not promote this product to residents outside Canada.

5. Tracking

Once dispatched, the retailer will send a tracking number by email. Please contact the retailer for any delivery issues; istruduode cannot access order or tracking data.

6. Damaged Deliveries

Refuse the parcel if damage is visible on receipt, and notify the retailer within 48 hours. See our Returns and Refunds page.
