These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of istruduode.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About istruduode

istruduode is a product-discovery platform operated by istruduode Ltd., a company registered in Ontario, Canada. We highlight consumer products and link visitors to third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly.

2. Not the Seller

All purchases are transacted between you and the retailer (e.g. Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited). Product availability, pricing, taxes, warranties, delivery and returns are the sole responsibility of that retailer. Please review their terms before purchasing.

3. Affiliate Relationships

istruduode participates in affiliate programs and may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on the Site. This does not affect the price you pay. See our Advertising Disclosure.

All content on the Site (text, images, layout, code, logos) is owned by istruduode or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

All third-party trademarks — including "Canadian Tire", "Scotch-Brite" and "3M" — are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. istruduode is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, istruduode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under Canadian law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, subject to any mandatory rights of consumers residing elsewhere in Canada (including Quebec).
