Returns and Refunds Policy

Because istruduode is not the seller, returns and refunds are handled by the retailer where the product was purchased (typically Canadian Tire). This page summarizes what to expect.
1. Where to Start

2. General Return Window
Most household cleaning products may be returned within 90 days of purchase, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase, subject to the retailer's discretion. Opened cleaning consumables may be non-returnable.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued by the retailer to the original method of payment, typically within 5–10 business days after the return is processed.
- Applicable taxes are refunded together with the product price.
- Original shipping fees may not be refundable, depending on the retailer's policy.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If the product arrives damaged or defective, contact the retailer immediately. Canadian consumer-protection legislation (e.g. Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 and Quebec's Consumer Protection Act) provides implied warranties that cannot be waived by contract.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" by the retailer.
- Items without proof of purchase.
- Items returned outside the retailer's stated return window.
